I think of Sunday as a day of rest. The rest we need to fous on our mind, body and spirit. The rest we need to remember what is important in life and the rest we need to reflect on who I am and what I want to achieve. So for today I will "rest" by putting all of my energy into becoming the person I know I am meant to be. But in order to rest I need a clear mind, and what better way to do that, then exercise. Because exercise is not just for my body, but it is a vital part of my mind, and realizing my potential
