ROLL CALL...
WHO IS HERE AND WHO IS NOT HERE!?!? C'MON EVERYONE- CHECK-IN AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOU ARE DOING OR NOT DOING AND LET'S GET THIS THING CALLED LIFE PUMPING WITH THE RIGHT ENERGY!!!
OK, I'm checking in! I'm a little under the weather but you put the fire under me so I'm going to spend some quality time on the treadmill! Thanks for the shout out & keeping me focused!
I am here!!!!!!!! I went to the gym and I did some walking only. I got a molar extraction on Tuesday and it start to bleed and I have pain (I can't take any pain killer). Tomorrow I will go to the dentist again and I should have a temporal or an implant and I will be ready for some lung busting =)
Checking in, to keep myself accountable. Like Tonia says, when things aren't going your way, you that blankety, blank, blank is standing in your way. Use all of your pent up emotions to get behind it and move it out of the way to you can keep pushing on. You owe it to yourself. You started this journey for a reason and with a purpose. It's your turn, to go and get what's YOURS.
Hi Tonia! This is Dan from Sweden! I miss you all so much and I'm finding it sooo hard to keep up when I'm at home, there is just so much to do when you're at home... :-/ But I HAVE signed up with a PT and I meet with him once a week. How ever, I lost my training bag on the subway a few weeks ago and had to buy all new stuff. And now I'm having a cold, which forced me to push one PT session and might force me to push one more forward. So right now it really feels like there's some greater power trying to destroy this plan I have. My plan is to reach normal BMI by my 30th birthday the 2nd of June next year. That's 0.5 kg/1.1 lbs per week (and now it's probably a bit more...)
I'll follow this blog and try to take on your challenges, maybe that will do the trick! :-)
Dan- stay strong and keep plugging along! I'm so sorry about your gym bag- that's a bummer- I've had similar experience with sporting equipment. Hopefully your cold is gone by now and you're back at IT!
